All of our tortoises are safely packed within a thermal polystyrene box, with heat packs (during cold weather), with a cardboard outer casing fully labelled with livestock and transport "up right" stickers. When a tortoise is being delivered with a tortoise kit, the tortoise will be safely packed in its own box and will also be labelled with livestock and transport "up right" stickers. We have used the same courier for many years and with great results, so there is no need to worry. as the tortoises will only be sleeping safely in its box .
